I have to agree with Mr. Eagle...I could never understand some on this board making hay as to why management didn`t step up to purchase shares in the open market. Part of the employment package at this level, and probably at lower levels also, is a generous option package. If WB was not offered one then he would be elsewhere.

In effect the ``bigwigs`` have already bought shares, just haven`t spent the money yet and why should they? The shares are there just waiting to be picked up at a specified price. Why take funds from your wallet? Unless you want more then the package provides..
