I agree. It is far more "agressive approach to "litigate" each case for the "$100 MIllion" settlement... The issue becomes, is it better for EDIG to get the $10 Million from Verizon up front, and then issue a license to Verizon to continue using the Patent Prtected IP? Or, litigte each case separately to its conclusion in Courts, with all the attendant risks and costs? At this point the company has not said anything conclusive on the subject. Either way, as DABOSS stated, the lot of the shareholders will improve over the status quo... Gil...
