Last time I talked to Putnam it was nearly 2 weeks before he responded to my phone call and I'm not sure he'd actually answer my question directly anyways. My take give what you and legal eagle said is that TPL would act as a middle man. I'm not sure we need a middle man in addition to Nunley. I think his role is identifying potential infringers and lining up prospecive litigators. I think we're dealing with more than one litigator because of the likely conflicts of interest. At one point I thought TPL was part of the picture but now I'm not so sure. My thinking is a reputable law firm.....maybe even a prestigous one. If the % contingency isn't too drastic and our case is convincing then it's entirely possible one of the top ten could indeed be involved. Larry
