It reads Look up 35 U.S.C., part (a) and (b) I can't tell where you came up with 32 U.S.C.? You may want to check your spectecles?...Lol.. Also, Section (b) in its entirety reads as follows: "Whoever actively induces infringment of a patent shall be liable as an infringer" And then there is Section "C", which describes in detail what activities consitute <"Infringment". Its brush is wide in scope, and makes no distinction as to its application to Computers, PDAs, etc. If you read it in detail you will see that it gives Nanully a wide berth to real in any and all "Infringers"...
