If the digies get delivered, and should Wencor decline them, it would give the judge one more reason to refute Wencor's claims against us. The objective should be to proceed with our business plan, settle differences and move forward, not to encumber the process any more than it already is. Revoking the licenses would only delay the scheduled hearing with another round of pleadings. As much as I'd love to see us pin Wencor to the wall they need to beome a part of the past. Larry OAO
