I believe your right Frank. If Maycome is good on their delivery (mid October) then we should have some sort of resolution by the end of the month. If Wencor takes delivery, then 90% of the issues disappear. The remaining 10% being the DRM / IFE issue, which may require a judge or arbitrator. If they refuse delivery, then a judge would see this as one more breach in their contractural obligations. Lets hope their leutenants sensabilities prevail. Larry
