My understanding is that Wencor never paid eDigital the $25,000 for the development of the DRM technology that was intended to be used for the digeplayer XT. That might put a crimp in Wencor's plans .... I would think. Could be one of the reasons edigital isn't concerned about that part of the lawsuit. Larry
