For the e.Digital development, the following items are proprietary. 1. The bit stream is proprietary....encoding process 2. The processor of the PED is proprietary allowing a file to play. 3.The container file is proprietary....the elaborates of encryption for the container file are proprietary. 4. The hard drive algorithm and I/O are proprietary. 5. The file decryption process on the PED is proprietary. The process on the PED is handled through NVRAM... "physical security and encoding facility security" What they already have approval for is "facility"....this does not mean the actual encoding. They do not have any direct technical approval... doni
