I think the latest we can expect an update on the status of eVu orders and the delivery of the 1250 Digeplayers will be Nov. 15th when EDIG has to file it's financials. They may decide to wait until then regardless of if and when they resolve the delivery. Thats 21 days out. I suspect they will announce the resolution as a shareholder alert. The magnitude of the decision is too relevant to the outcome of the company and it's shareprice that I don't think they can announce it other than a PR or a shareholder alert. Larry
