It would be interesting to look at all the partners listed by EDIG who are publicly traded companies. Of those identified, have any other partners taken a hit on their share price. And if so what might the reason be? Could it be that they are about to get sued? Is this the reason DivX shares are down? You present an interesting theory. Although, DivX might be more impacted than say an IBM who is more diversified.
