"Granted if an IP firm takes EDIG on a contingency basis that could really be a shot in the arm but there's no hint of that yet, is there?" Seems to me there was more than a 'hint' in one of the press releases. Of course we have had 'confirmations' that fizzled. My guess is that there are infringers and for EDIG to not pursue them would be stupid.
