Okay, everyone concedes that Mezzo will be a "middlleman" (as was APS/Wencor/digEcor) in the eVU IFE arena.  For non-IFE, I'd say this is a grey area at best. Remember all the discussion and clarifications from Sunpoop's visit with the EDIG folks?  Remember that they had lined up a financier for eVU production?  Remember that the planned scenario was that EDIG was to essentially sell the produced units to the financier who was to rent the units to EDIG's customers?  Remember that EDIG was to garner earnings from the sales to the middleman financier, plus have a recurring revenue stream for further services provided?

Now maybe things have changed, since that scenario as I recall it is about a year old. I also may be recalling incorrectly....

In any case, IF this is still the "sales" scenario, there is indeed a "middleman" for non-IFE sales, that being the financier.
