Well, maybe Wencor should have not stepped in front of e.Digital's business, making that final payment prior to goods being received.

Think Wencor pre pays in full for good and services during normal business dealings? IMO...No way.  Do they normally step into their suppliers sequence?...IMO...No way.

Something shady took place, maybe it will be  unmasked during the legal proceedings to come.
