IMO, Yes and Yes.  However, no results are guaranteed, but knowing somebody is far better than not as long as you are a major player.  RR qualifies, IMO.

Nobody knows the results and the past is history.  If it was ignored, they are doomed to repeat it.  If they learned a little something -- like keeping their PR and info very close to the vest -- then EDIG has a chance.  It is a speculative penny stock....a chance is good.
