More people book travel online, use kiosk check-ins. The number of people booking their travel online has increased 40% over the past year, according to SITA, the provider of communications and IT solutions to the air transport market. The survey also found that self-service kiosk check-ins were most used in North America, with 39% of travelers using them. Jul 3, 2006
