Rolling previous due debt into a new note at half the interest rate, costing them 500K shares with over 200 mil outstanding doesn't seem like too bad of a deal to keep operations on going, along with our investment, especially at a time when new product sales are about to be announced coupled with IP developments.
I'd sure like to buy down my mortgage rate by 50% and pay with paper...and we're talking a million bucks, give or take...not the end of the world and certainly no big deal (500K shares) IF and WHEN they get their business model in order (4000 eVUs).
Over $1 million in orders to be filled within the next three months or sooner...how many eVUs will that translate to remains to be seen but finally it appears we are back on track.
Pat Nunally's efforts continue to be the wild card. Putnam's continued cash conversions over the past year certainly occur with knowledge of what is to come...he has plenty and did not have to convert with cash out of pocket.
