is lack of specificity in terms of moving the market. I am, like both of you, encouraged that we are making progress identifying infringers and their products. But who are they and who is representing us? This is the kind of specific identification that will garner attention. I am still buying - I am not discouraged. That said, we are not going to advance in the marketplace until we stop with the "we expects" and get to the "We are pleased to announce the delivery of" or "the sale of." JMHO - and isn't it great that true longs can discuss this kind of stuff instead of "how are we going to pay this months sewer and water."  :>))
