It has cencrete reporting on the eVU progress...

"Through U.K.-based Mezzo Movies and through our own direct sales efforts we are currently working with several Asian, European and North American airlines on eVU order deliveries, pilot programs and RFP requests. We are also in the process of finalizing our first IFE orders to a major European airline.
Additionally, we are working with one of the world’s largest airlines on an eVU trial that is scheduled to begin next quarter.

We have also made progress in introducing eVU to well-known healthcare facilities in the U.S. These facilities have completed successful trials and are moving ahead with plans for eVU deployments. With the assistance of our partners who are focused on this business, we expect to begin delivering significant eVU orders to the healthcare industry in 2007"....

Notice that eVU progress is not limitted to what Mezzo does. I like the part that company reports on their efforts on the trial of eVU by one of the world's largest airline, and the fact that the Healcare industry trials have been successful, and they are moving ahead with eVU deployment... 

KIRK; There was not one word of "EXPECT" in the paragraphs talking about the developing eVU acceptance by the Healthcare industry. If you give credence to management statements, the above should represent 10-20 cents in the pps when the dollars are received by the company...

JHAWK...On the Revenue issue, the company explaines as follows:

"Revenue Update

We expect to recognize $713,000 in revenue associated with the delivery of the 1250 unit digEplayer™ order this quarter ending December 31, 2006. With the assistance of our U.S.-based contract manufacturer, the majority of the over $1 million in eVU orders we reported in November are expected to ship this quarter. We expect to ship the balance of these orders early next quarter as well as receive new eVU orders in calendar Q1 2007."...

Given the historical backgound, they have to say that they "EXPECT" Mr. WENCOR will pay up the $713,000.00 Dollars. Thay are also positive on the $1,000,000.00 eVU order. The majority of the ORDER are expected to ship this quarter, withe remainder early next quarter...

Finally, I am surprised by the reaction to the IP announcement. No wonder there was a full court press by the icon of bashing thes last few days, trying to minimize the significance of what Nanully is doing for this company...

This has been the best SHAREHOLDER ALERT since Gates holding the PUCK on Larry King show back in CES 2000...

I am buying now, and expect great rewards for my 7 years wait in the next few months...
