Any of you "long-termers" out there still own a Gateway DMP-X20 player? A while back I must have updated my Windows Media and I can no longer download music. Is there some software upgrading that needs to be added to the player?

Since I formatted the player, it's now nothing more than a mirrored paperweight. Hopefully I can avoid buying a Zune.

Any ideas?
