It appears that they are able to supply a company like MEZZO with what it needs without being beholden to them for all IFE business, unlike digecor. Whatever deals they can strike on their own just gives EDIG more options, whether that translates into bigger margins or the ability to undercut the competition's pricing.
It is looking like digecor's decision to move away from EDIG might just benefit EDIG in the long run.
When you consider digecor's capital investment, first in the purchase of APS and now in their manufacturing plant, and still have no product shipped and currently no digesystem planned in the near future, their decision to in-house rather than outsource is not looking to be a good one...time for heads to roll....
