Motion Hearing set for 1/9/2007 03:00 PM in Room 142 before Judge Ted Stewart

I hope the hearing occurs without delay and that it helps resolve all remaining issues in our favor. The company may wait until after this hearing and for the balance of the $1 million order to be shipped before making any formal announcements mentioning sales to specific airlines. I agree the info we have thus far is encouraging, but I’ll be happier when ‘soon becomes now’ and the share price starts reacting significantly. Happy Holidays everyone. May events transpire in 2007 that will have made the wait worth it.
