Thanks for your reply. One thing though: the window of opportunity for past infringement doesn't just go away. The window remains open to go after all infringers from the point in time when the patent was filed/awarded. So, though some may have infringed 10 years ago, they are still valid targets. This holds true should PTSC/TPL fail to hit all infringers by 2015 when the patents expire; they can continue to go after past infringers who infringed up until the date the patents expire.

This circumstance holds true for EDIG and its patents.
