The point I was making was with respect to the huge market success the ipod, portalplayer and Apple have enjoyed over the past several years, creating an extremely large market awareness.

"IF" they are named as one of the 174 companies and/or products on the current list, and perhaps a big IF, but with their world wide recognition and dominance for this particular market segment, EDIG would benefit greatly in any claim they might make.

A big IF, maybe, but certainly within the realm of possibilities...and a good topic to banter around in a chat room while we await more definitive direction.

Of those 174 companies there have to be some rather large fish, which should garner EDIG much greater exposure.
