If edig has been following the trend in patent infringement lawsuit, and a big if, TPL or TT (or anyone in that capacity) is going to represent edigital you can bet they will have learned from others to take edig suit straight to a patent infringement friendly court.

On a side note, it is nice to see everyone here hoping that edig will get to the next level. At the minimum a collective positive attitude, I believe will do us no wrong.
