There is a cost to doing business and accessing capital. Worrying that they are getting it for 4 pennies below today's market isn't that big of a deal if they are going to be an institutional investor anticipating eVU sales and patent infringement results. They opening state they grow with the companies in which they invest. No guarantees, but the cost and risk of doing business is worth something. They are not without risk should something extremely negative happen in the short term.
As for the .12 purchase price, we all could have, and many did, buy it all summer long for around and under a dime. I know I did.
The focus should be on Blakeley's 4000 number target and how quickly we get there, imo, since we now have the bucks to produce product. Old habits are hard to break.
