They (Fusion) wouldn't do it (buy on the open market - and not get a 33% premium). The question doesn't have to do with what Fusion should/could do, but with what EDIG did do. My premise is that Fusion didn't need to be in the picture at all - EDIG could have just sold, tactfully, on the open market and got more money, which is the bottom line. And could have equal flexibility, with some pre-planning.
