My own prediction after recent announcement of of eDigital $8.5 million common stock purchaseagreement with Fusion Capital.

1-Couple of favorable press releases this quarter.

2-Announcement of another eVU  entity purchase order.

3-Announcement of Annual shareholder meeting within next 5 month.

4-Possible some disclosure of  IP infringement by those major cell phone companies that are using removable flash cards.(may be in this quarter)

5-Hopefully good news from UTAH  court settlement.
