Books and records kept by APS of where e.Digitals technology
is going(customers)...available for inspection by e.Digital, Retained by Samsung and in effect for three years after termination of agreement.

It would be interesting to see if APS opened the records on or about

July 19, 2004 or within the Aug-Oct time frame........ the distribution agreement with Wencor was published Aug 20,2004....then Bill selling his stock to Wencor in OCT 2004.

I'll wager Bill breached the conditions of E.. 1, 4 to make the sale
