Yup, I was way off.  What I was thinking was some relatively large amount for production oversight, plus 20% profit - but against a $700+K total, it was still way out of bed unless the cost to EDIG was under $300K (which it could have been, but not likely). 

The "bad number" could still end up pretty big. Something under $94K, plus litigation costs. But EDIG has it easily covered via that financing deal.

Still, it's all good to have the cloud lifted.
