Well folks, most of the time I shut the heck up because the conversation is out of my area of expertise. I'm invested for now on to seven years and I have the proverbial more than enough to count, although I would like to someday spend a lot of time counting it in my Schwab. But I digress.

Speaking from twenty plus years as a newspaper photographer, the last twelve of which at the Rocky Mountain News in Denver, and for my second career in CGI (computer generated illustration), I can say without a doubt that this image trillium posted in a photo. The blurring is caused by a longer than than "snapshot" exposure. (That's where the blurring from people moving comes from. The camera is on a tripod, and imho, the jet is stationary on the ground.

Could one create a digital image to look like this? Yes, but would it look exactly like this? Damn tough. Kind of stuff that would take ILM (Industrail Light and Magic) lots of time and more $$$ than this company has for its advertising budget.

This is reality...plain and simple.
Best of luck fellow longs!
