During the course of time since I made that offer, EDig has fallen in price immensely, allowing me to purchase a few more shares.

The original offer was to include ANY "good" EDigger, all expenses paid for perhaps 4 days to include a two day golf tournament at Torrey if the PPS reached $30.00

Well, the bloom has faded from my expectations and I have lowered my striking price twice, now at $12.00. However, I have also had to limit the number of invitees to no more than 64, most likely 32 to 40. That number should encompass almost all those of you who we would want to spend 4 days with.

I have my favorites amongst you guy/gals and would "love" to meet all of you in a face to face setting, especially if EDig does go to $12.00. I think most of us would all be millionaires at that juncture. I would, but not foolish about it....Frank
