They are working with law firms now.  They have already identified the first list of infringers of over 174 companies and 1372 products that appear to be in violation.

I would expect to not hear details of the firms until they put the first infringer on notice. To date they have targeted hundreds of companies and thousands of products.

What are they waiting for?  No idea as to what stage in the process they are at.
