We'll see what happens as it is alwasy hard to predict legal stuff.  Having been through more than a few depositions, I can honestly state I hate the process.  However, it is still the best legal system in the world despite all the pitfalls.

My guess in EDIG's legal team can handle it based solely on the recent events.  The Wencor case could be drawn out by Wencor, but if it comes down to proving damages, I just don't see major dollars for reasons already posted.

Of course, my track record is not so good.  Once upon a time, in a land not so far from you, I got into a bit of a shouting match with an opposing attorney who baited me by telling me I didn't do my job during a deposition.  The judge had to be called and we were both put on notice.   The good guys won that one as the other company was embarassed (also a long time custoemr) and my company was all rock 'n roll at that time -- think early 1990s.  I was in my early 30's and still believed I was bulletproof.  Times change, or as Dylan put it, These times are a changin'
