I understood your previous point...and agree with what you state here. With that, I'm sure you understand my comparison points to the article.

e.Digital is an ongoing venture...advertising their wares both development issue and CE.  In that respect,  much of the article does not pertain to e.Digital as a snag for a claim in the courts.

The post was a very insightful....it should lead to discussion.

How will e.Digital be asserted by the media?
