Yes, I saw it too. I was able cut and paste the link given and then search it on google. The "paper" E.U. Today link comes up with lots of articles. You have to scan by date ( not in order necessarily ) and I went thru about 125 headlines and still couldn't find it. I may have missed it. The article blurb sounded encouraging.
