I certainly couldn't argue against any speculation that a given company in a related industry might be infringing on EDIG's IP. 174 companies sure leaves lots of room for speculation - and it will therefore be easy for almost anyone to say that they 'called it'.

However just for the record, I'd like to officially state that SAMSUNG will be on our infringer list. I've done a bit of thinking and a little investigating on my own leading me to this conclusion. I'm not pulling this out of the air and I'm not simply basing it on the fact that EDIG has worked with them before.

I'm afraid I really don't care to explain further as I don't want to take any chance of messing too much with my investment. Suffice to say that I believe our company is on the right course and truly has the goods with regards to IP and the ability to prevail on licensing/infringement.
