My thoughts exactly. Seeing that a company as big as SanDisk would prefer to settle rather than fight indicates that there is more to gain for them by licensing the tech than fighting it in long prolonged court cases.

At least I like the prevailing sentiment these companies are taking versus an attempt to snuff out small companies in drawn out court battles...they apparently perceive they could have a lot more to lose should a jury rule against the goliath.

Bodes well for EDIG's next course of action, imo.

Pat Nunally and William Blakeley hopefully will not disappoint...so far I like their thinking.
