i think those of us that have been following this company since the lucent pact have a good idea what's going on. this is not about evu. this is about the lucent patent portfolio. computers are changing. edig was patenting the technologies for computers of 2010 in the 1990's. FLASH is the FUTURE! the presence of patent lawyers is not an unknown. i could care less where the stock goes short term. down from here wouldn't bother me a bit. i love buying this stock for pennies. long means Looooooooooonnnnnnnngggggggggggggg. don't sweat the price and the tricks of day traders and market makers. if it runs away from here great we all make money. if we retrace, sweat not. could be another 10 years but it's gonna come. know what you have.
