Frankly I am surprised that this law firm accepted, (1) to represent EDIG on a Contingency Fee basis, and (2) they agreed to advance costs, which in this case will be in the millions...

Ordainarily, one would conclude that they are an "ambulance chaser" type of a law firm, signing up every case just so they will have the business. Clearly, this is not the case...

Therefore, the only logical implication is that the Law Firm has concluded EDIG has an IRON CLAD claim which will make then rich in the not too distant future...

To those of you who have questions regarding what a contingeny fee agreement is, I recommend the legal thriller a "CIVIL ACTION" by Jonathan Harr, which was made into a movie starring John Travolta few years ago. The attorney in that case had to file for bankruptcy after years of litigation as they could not collect on a great judgment.

In short, when a reputable law firm with positive track record accepts such great risks as doing work on a contingency and advance all the costs, that is great news.
