PR states.
"over $2.5 million in new orders and contracts for its proprietary eVU portable entertainment systems and services"
And as you suggest, the 4000 unit rule pertained to leases.
Also from the 8k yesterday
"On March 23, 2007 the Company entered into a short-term purchase order and working capital financing arrangement providing cash proceeds of $750,000.00. The lender, ASI Capital Corporation, is a Nevada based mortgage broker/banker. The proceeds are intended to produce product for certain purchase orders and for general working capital."
I don't know if you can draw any conclusions from that information relative to todays PR other than they didn't have enough in the till to cycle the PO thru manufacturing without adding additional capital. A deposit must have accompanied the PO but that in and of itself was probably not sufficient to cover manufacturing costs.
