Jabro was wholely owned by Norris Communications, i.e. Woody Norris who invented the product. At the time, years ago a woman, whose name escapes me, I want to say Randy ?? who worked for Norris got a group together and bought the Jabra product from Woody. They did not have much success initially but became more successful over the years. I am assuming that the sale of the Jabra line included the IP that was in it and yes Woody did design it. I rather doubt there would be any IP infringement here.
