Don't know about infringement on other IFE devices. My guess on Railway media is that was included in the job spec. just to capture BOW attention.

From the Dec 21 shareholder alert.

"We are also in the process of finalizing our first IFE orders to a major European airline.

Additionally, we are working with one of the world’s largest airlines on an eVU trial that is scheduled to begin next quarter."

This represents 2 separate airlines and it is my feeling that at least the IFE order to a major European airline will be represented as a PR between now and April 17th. The other airline, "one of the worlds largest" only started an eVu trial this past quarter. If you consider that a trial would normally require 60 - 90 days then it would be reasonable that that trial might still be ongoing.  

It's also possibe that more than 2 airlines could be announced. I know that other airlines are in trials using our player. My impression is that our IFE business is ramping up.
