Does anyone here believe, as I do, that some settlement regarding our I.P. could occurr during the next 90-120 days?  I know it is wishfull thinking on my part and have nothing to base it on.  However, if our attorneys go after some of  the infringers and inform them, which I believe they already have, after much research and even expense, and knowing that they have a solid case, in their opinion, would they not want to be one of the "earlier settlers"?  This, as opposed to dragging this on for several years and threats of court cases and even higher penalties as license fees?  I know this is not going to be easy and will be long and dragged out, however, I think some would sign early, and be done with it! (Yeah, I also own PTSC, and have learned a lot..16 licensed in the last year or so I believe). Any response from any of our attorneys, or anybody else, would be appreciated, positive or negative.  This is just my feeling!  Thanks and GLTA.
