That is the validation we were / are claiming.  There no way DM didn't do a pile of DD before signing on to represent EDIG with the stipulations presented.  It is simply too big of a risk in terms of time, money, and reputation for them not to have looked in every conceivable fissure for prior art and facts relating to EDIG's patent claims. 

It will take positive Q reports (black ink?) or an IP license deal to push EDIG's pps.

Of course, all IMO and I am not an attorney nor am I a soothsayer.  Just ask my broker.
