A very short time ago, there was no perspective for either front.

They're both coming together nicely, a little black on the bottom line combined with the fact that they have their own asset underpinning, will do wonders.

IP infringement matters aside, companies need underpinnings in order to compete at merchandising endeavors.
Having the IP validated.....will distinguish their enterprise efforts.
