Your feeling is my feeling...Lol...Lol...

All kidding aside, last 2 weeks I have doubled my stake in EDIG for good reasons...Here are some of them...

First:...

It took Nanuly and EDIG over a 8 months to annouce that they have identified 174 infringers with 1370, (these numbers are not exact, but close), products that could be subject to "Monetizing" efforts of the company...

It took another 3-4 months more before we heard on Duane Morris representing EDIG in this effort...

Second:...

Duane Morris is one of the top 10 law firms world wide, and they have made enough LAW in the Patent Litigation arena that even before they walk in a room, the defndats will "stand up and pay attention"...That is a fact of law practice.Their presence has incredible "settlement" value, and they know it...

Third:...

The Sandisk decision by the U.S. 9th Cicuit Court of Appeal places a compultion on all who plan to litigate for patent infringement to get all their ducks in order, and in the words of Justice Bryson, and then send all their demands for infringement with documentation supporting their position, along with a "Put up or shut up" letter, which pressures defendants to either settle or deny they infringe in any way...

This developement cuts through protracted posturing and long delays. It forces defendants to enter into agreements to negotiate terms of any settlement, or pursue an Article III, declaratory releif judgment...

My conclusion:...

Dune Morris was in the mix from the start. They were aware of MedImmune, and its progeny Sandisk , and advised EDIG on the Nanully research, awaiting the Sandisk decision by the 9th Circuit Court of Appeal...   

I agree. We will see some IP "settlements" by September/October the latest...
