Gee, I don't know, but dividing 174 by 12 settlements/year (which just happens to be ptsc's first year results) is about 15 years...but if you think they might finalize 174 company settlements sooner or later, be my guest to discuss the monitization process. The assumption is in place and the math is rather simple.  Good grief.

Seems those "embellishing" the value of the patents for a struggling otcbb a few years ago, when hope was all but lost for many, might have just been right on target, regardless of the criticism of the day.
