I'm not a lawyer, but rather, an investor. Therefore I cannot speak to a specific percentage, however,I will be happy with the first infringement case, all the way through to the last.

I would hope that after all the due diligence and investigation by the IP experts employed by e.Digital that they named 174 companies for a reason, that being they feel all have infringed on EDIG's technology. I will be happy with any results that yield revenues to the bottom line, that which would ultimately improve shareholder value.

I see no reason to lower expectations well before the first infringer is named.
