I am not an attorney but have been involved in similar situations as the one you described above, in fact am involved in one as we speak. As long as "legal actions" are taken prior to the expiration of (say) "the Statue of Limitations", or the expiration of the date in which to file "civil action" then the case involved can be carried on (I am not quite sure of the time limit) almost forever.....

Looking way ahead when most of us probably will be out of EDig or dead, if DM has filed against any infringers there will be no time limitations on EDig's ability to collect against that infringers..

Now some smart attorney out there can tell me where I am wrong....Will accept anyone enchancing the knowledge of my "little grey cells"
