The 3rd Quarter P & L Annualized

In the past, several members were curious about the ``Breakeven Point``. Using the 3rd Quarter expenses and best estimates on other line items, the following is my best guess on what it will take to break even for a calendar year.

(U$S M)

Sales.............................. 18.0

Cost of Sales ..................... 13.5

Gross Profit (Note 1)............... 4.5

Selling Expenses (Note 2)........... 1.8

R&D (Note 3).........................1.3

Gain from Operations.................1.4

Interest Expenses (Note 4).......... .5

Net Gain............................. .9

Dividends (Note 5)................. .9

Net Gain ............................ -0-

Net Gain per Share .................. -0-

Shares Outstanding ....(165,923,241)

Note 1 - Assumed a 25% GP, which is equal to the 9 month % even though the 3 month % is 30%. Staying conservative.

Note 2 - 3rd quarter expenses of 447 annualized

Note 3 - 3rd quarter expenses of 339 annualized

Note 4 - 3rd quarter expenses of 116 annualized

Note 5 - This confused me and my one weak entry. It didn`t make sense to annualize the 553 because it looks like the major portion of this expense, historically, is paid in the last quarter so I annualized the 9 month expense of 618. If someone can suggest a better number, I`d appreciate the input (Ricardo?)

P.S. This chart looked a lot better before it was posted. Posting distorts all the lines.
